1982 Ankara doğumlu Elif Dinçerler, 2004 yılında Hacettepe Üniversitesi Beslenme ve Diyetetik Lisans Bölümünden mezun olmuştur.2006 yılında Beykent Üniversitesi Hastane ve Sağlık Kurumları Yöneticiliği Anabilim Dalında Yüksek Lisans eğitimini tamamlayan Dinçerler, 2016 yılında da Başkent Üniversitesi Beslenme ve Diyetetik alanında Doktorasını tamamlayarak Doktor unvanını kazanmıştır.
