Op. Dr. Hakan TEYMUR 1980 Kıbrıs doğumludur. İlk, orta ve lise eğitimini Kıbrıs’ta tamamlamıştır. Hacettepe Tıp Fakültesini kazanarak tıp eğitimine başlamıştır.

Üniversite mezuniyeti ardından Plastik Rekonstrüktif ve Estetik Cerrahi branş eğitimini Ege Üniversitesinden almış ve zorunlu hizmetinin ardından Ankara Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Plastik Cerrahi Kliniğinde çalışmaya devam etmiştir. Bu süreçte kendi kişisel gelişimi yanında yeni Plastik Cerrahi hekimlerinin eğitiminde de rol üstlenmiştir
